How we are engaged

Three contracting structures. Chosen by your risk position, not by our preference.

Where the scope is definable and the outcome is fixed, we carry the delivery risk. Where the scope will evolve and your team must own the result, we embed senior engineers inside your organisation. Where the decision precedes the build, we advise and step back.

Model A

Turnkey Solution Delivery

Fixed-scope, end-to-end accountability. We take the requirement through architecture, engineering, security review, deployment and SLA-governed operation, and we are answerable for the outcome.

Commercial basis
Fixed price, or capped time-and-materials against an agreed scope baseline. Change is handled through a written variation rather than absorbed silently.
Scope boundary
We own delivery risk within the agreed baseline. Scope added after baseline is quoted and approved before work begins.
Governance cadence
Weekly delivery report, fortnightly steering review, and a written architecture decision record for every material design choice.
Suited to
Defined programmes with a hard delivery date and an internal team without the capacity to execute them.

Model B

Dedicated Engineering Teams

Senior engineering pods integrated into your workflow, your board, your standup and your definition of done. You direct the work; we own recruitment, retention, bench cover and technical quality.

Commercial basis
Monthly per-seat retainer with a ninety-day minimum term and thirty days notice to scale down.
Scope boundary
You set priorities and accept the work. We guarantee the seniority, continuity and technical quality of the named engineers.
Governance cadence
Embedded in your existing ceremonies, with a monthly capability review between your engineering lead and ours.
Suited to
Product organisations scaling faster than they can hire, working to an evolving roadmap.

Model C

Enterprise Strategic Advisory

Independent architectural, security and transformation counsel — including the assessment of work we did not build and would not be asked to rebuild.

Commercial basis
Fixed-fee assessment against a defined question, or retained advisory days drawn down monthly.
Scope boundary
We advise and step back. Where an assessment recommends work we could deliver, we say so explicitly and you remain free to place it elsewhere.
Governance cadence
Written findings, a target architecture, a sequenced roadmap and costed options, presented to the board or executive sponsor.
Suited to
Boards and chief information officers who need a defensible basis for a major technology decision.
On choosing between them

We do not mark one of these as recommended. Signalling a preferred model would undermine the point of publishing all three: the right structure follows from where the delivery risk should sit, which is a question about your organisation rather than about ours.

Request for Proposal

Begin with a scoped conversation, not a sales call.

Our intake is structured so that the first response you receive is technical. Tell us which of the following describes your position and we will route your enquiry to the engineering lead who owns that practice.

Enquiries are acknowledged within one business day and answered substantively within two business days. All submissions are treated as confidential; a mutual non-disclosure agreement is available before disclosure of scope.
